Who is asking, and why
AcreFlow Advisory (operated by Unicalibre Solutions Private Limited) is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data you provide. This notice tells you, in plain language, what we collect and why, before you give your consent.

- your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, location, and the details you share about your land investment interest.
Why we collect it (the purposes you consent to)
- To respond to your enquiry and provide land investment advisory services.
- To contact you about your enquiry and our services by phone call, WhatsApp, SMS, and email, including sales and marketing communications about land opportunities, market updates, and our services.
- To send you market briefings and opportunity updates you have expressed interest in.
Your consent
By submitting your details, clicking any enquiry or call-to-action button, or messaging us, you give AcreFlow your consent to collect and use your personal data for the purposes above, and to contact you through the channels above, including for sales and marketing.
Your control
You can withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, by writing to acreflow.admin@gmail.com or by using the opt-out option in any message from us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already done before you withdrew.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, and erase your data, to nominate someone to act for you, and to raise a grievance. To exercise these, contact our Grievance Officer at acreflow.admin@gmail.com.
